Never thought I would say this.

All this money we bring to the program. We always shop the freaking bargain bin. Why don't we have the cahones to slap 75M guaranteed on the table like Texas A&M did and get a proven freaking winner?
There's a very simple answer: BOYCOTT. It's the only thing that will change it. The administration is a bunch of boobs and thieves and they will cheat us as long as they can get away with it.

I thought the Wyoming home loss was an all time low. However, we haven't improved one inch in the decade plus since that debacle and set a new standard for embarrassment today.

The sad thing is that there is no reasonable bright spot in the near future. Football today is largely based on your QB, and we will likely have Guarantano as our starter for the next 20 games!?!? I can't imagine Harrison Bailey starting as a True Freshmen. Guarantano makes me long for the days of Justin Worley!

I hitchhiked from my Navy base in Fl in the early 70's, in my dress whites to see my beloved Vols. Scrounged tickets to S. Bend in '78. Haven't been to all the stadiums, but most. I've lived and died for the Vols. Today felt like a knife in the back. All the support and season tickets led to the sloppiest performance by a team that quit. Put the 3rd team in. At least I could understand that type of play.

We are a multipurpose million dollars organization that’s run like the crappy little corner gas station. No reach committee making decisions. We had a total idiot in control and then turned the whole thing over to a guy that was fired a decade ago for allowing the game to pass him by. We needed to throw 5 million+ at a big name/proven coach. The guy I e liked for a long time is Justin Fuentes. He’s probably making 3.5 at va tech. He was in Tennessee at Memphis and would’ve taken the job
Fuentes not doing well at Virginia Tech...they lose to BC today?

We are the new Kansas
Kansas would beat our brains in. Beldar is a Bama loving joke. I hate everything about him. He's a jerk w the press...the fans...and a horrible head coach who has zero respect for the program he coaches. Damn I wish we hired Leach.

I'm surprised that Fuentes and Kelly are bombing as bad as they are at their respective programs. Harbaugh too, but that's more along the lines that I thought he would be a Saban-esque hire for Michigan and he's underperformed.

I'm only 28. I dont actually remember the 98 championship game. Despite enduring more bad seasons than good and some embarrassing losses, I've stayed interested and excited even, watching even to the last whistle in big blowout losses. I've considered myself a big passionate fan.

I'm no longer interested in Tenn football. The program hasnt been interested in actually winning in awhile now. There's more to life than sports.

This could be one of those games that changes a season, a program.

I'm expecting "see ya" comments. I'm not boycotting, quitting like some of these guys. I've seriously, legitimately lost interest in watching them play. If I get a chance to watch and it's a close game, I'll tune in. Outside of Dobbs, the program has been a dumpster fire and this is an all time low. I'm just going to stop planning my life around gameday. I just dont care anymore. Obviously, Tenn athletics doesnt.
I'll keep watching, listening and following Tennessee football but i'll also watch and listen to Kennesaw State and Georgia Tech football

I promise you're not the only one. Idk what to say but why should I care when they obviously don't?

Harbaugh has won ten games three out of the last four seasons - I could make myself live with that kind of mediocrity at the moment.

You said perfect brother !

I ain't ever giving up, not even on this team, and certainly not the Vols. This hurts, but we have 11 games to figure this out. There's quite obviously a lot of work to do, but if at first the breaks don't go your way, put on more steam.

I was thinking he was going to command the Big-10 by his second year.

He's done well, no doubt, but he killed it at Stanford and took a mediocre 49ers squad to back-to-back NFC Championships. With a relatively weak Big-10, Michigan's resources and his record I expected more.

He's also 1-3 in his bowls.

Meyer was in his head. I think all the pundits predicting that OSU just picks right up where they left off with a brand-new HC are probably underselling Meyer's impact. I think Harbaugh will beat OSU this year.

I can't imagine Harrison Bailey, or any other recruit for that matter, wanting to sign here. I can at this point see Neyland Stadium being converted into a soccer stadium, and most of new our recruiting footprint being towns in Argentina, Brazil, Columbia, and other countries south of the border. Everybody buy Rosetta Stone.

I was hoping we were done with setting historical lows. Guess not though it's gonna be hard to top today's debacle.

Steam? It's like they all grew up in home with central heat and air. Nobody uses steam anymore. They don't even know what steam is.
