What did they predict back in 2017?
If my memory serves me, 247 guys were around 7-5. Maybe an 8-4 in there somewhere. Wasn't on Rivals back then.

Just googled it and did find our friend Caleb Calhoun had us at 9-3 for 2017. #EarToTheGround

Edit: 247 were at 8-4 for 2017

Was just gonna post anything under 250 rushing would be a disappointment.
Depends on number of attempts. Not sure total rushing yards matter if we only run 25 times. Does Chaney want to focus on establishing the run before BYU? Or passing chemistry? Jmo but passing chemistry seems more delicate and important to develop off the bat. Not sure running takes neat as much chemistry, timing, etc. I'd take the opportunity to get my QB and receivers on the same page and see where we are with pass blocking.

If we can't run the ball tomorrow we might as well shut it down. GA State I believe was statistically the worst, or very close to the worst, D1 CFB team last year.

I'm looking forward to watching our OL set the edge and seeing Chandler and Gray explode around the corner for huge gains. $1 says one or both of those guys have TD runs of 25+ yards tomorrow. Same thing vs BYU next week.
Exactly. But we couldn’t run the ball against anyone, even Charlotte last year. So if we aren’t blowing GSU off the ball in the run game that means our OL is still going to struggle in the run game. And that would not be good bob

Reports are that he has PTSD from finding out that JJ is his daddy. He was in shock when he found out, that is why he is about 15 yards behind JJ on this play.

Great...I have three herniated discs in my neck, and stenosis...thanks for reminding me how bad it could get..also no insurance..🤔 and that was in 2005, the last time I had MRIs on my neck...

Now you all know why I'm so grumpy, I live in constant mind numbing pain..it literally never stops..
Seriously hate to hear this. Prayers for some relief.

I think we’ll be pretty balanced tomorrow. I think overall there will be more passes because I expect running backs to get a decent chunk of their touches in the short passing games.

Right now all across the Vol Nation, folks are traveling to Knoxville, planning and prepping their tailgate goodies, their excitement building, and planning fun times with their Vol brothers and sisters. My rack is ribs is patiently waiting for it's smoking tomorrow morning. We're collecting the various goodies to go along with them. My flag is out and proudly flying. Orange is proudly glowing everywhere. It's finally here. Tomorrow morning when I get up my first words will be "IT'S FOOTBALL TIME IN TENNESSEE!!!!!". Wishing everyone a safe trip and a great gameday experience. I'm soooo ready. LET'S GO VOLS!!!!!!!

Orchestrated Minds Brewing. Fort Lauderdale Fl 803 NW 1st Street Fort Lauderdale Fl 33311

We will be open for the game as of now. Monitoring the weather

Be safe. I think I’ll be down that way in a couple of weeks for work if storm recovery/clean up has progressed enough. If I make it down, I’ll definitely come check out the place.

There is nothing like waking up on a fall Saturday morning knowing that good food will be eaten, drinks will be consumed, and the Vols will be playing.

Good morning RF friends. Tomorrow it's "Football time in Tennessee!"

Today is surgery day for my better half, my wife. A little over a year ago she had hip replacement surgery and it went really well. It went so well she's decided it's time for the other hip. So today she receives her new wonder woman hip.

So, any thoughts and prayers her way would be appreciated. Although fairly routine, anytime one goes under the knife it carries some risk so we take nothing for granted. Pray for me too as it's my job to make sure she makes it home and stays as comfortable as possible over the next few days.
Prayers sent!
