some of the best times i've ever had on this board no doubt about it. Legendary. If you weren't in those threads you ain't doin' this whole message board thing right
DeerPark not feeling good about BT.
“Doubt he’ll be allowed to return. He was already on a short leash with the issues that prevented him from enrolling at USC. He was on zero tolerance based on what I’ve been told over and over. Now it’s just waiting for the process to play out. But I think he’s at a JuCo by the end of the month.”
Cautious optimism? If BT were on zero tolerance, he would have been dismissed from the team. The arrest and property damage would have triggered it. Pruitt has said multiple times that zero tolerance means zero. Dismissal for violation of team rules is completely different from the student conduct investigation.
Jack burton posted it. You probably have him ignored. DP said Grude wasn’t coming.

Jk. Not bad. My draft is Sunday.
My daughter's 23! She's beginning to think I'm alright lol. Even apologizes for her teenage years when she was wonderful as far as teenagers go.She does listen some. (She listens more than she ever really wants me to know). She is almost 23 so she is starting to think I am not a complete moron after all.![]()
Local media pumping national media? It has become a political hot potato, which is something to avoid. A couple things have come out that don't look good. But if he were zero tolerance, they could have dismissed him Monday or today. They didn't do that. He has support, but he also has some things going against him.
Someone probably said he will be on zero tolerance which turned into he is on it which turned into will be dismissed which became is dismissed. If BT were on zero tolerance, he would have been dismissed from the team. Yes, let the ones that know the details make the decision. Twitter exection is getting old.I’m at the point to where if Pruitt says he’s got to go, then he’s probably got to go. I don’t think he’s the type that’s going to risk the inmates running the asylum. At least I hope that’s the case.
That being said...
If some clown like John Adams or Wolken or Mandel says he has to go, they can go get f@&$ed and find a real job.

Well, I want to clear because I did say it was possible and I'll stick by exactly what I said..It has become a political hot potato, which is something to avoid. The media backlash and negative publicity brings unwanted attention to the program in the post Title IX-lawsuit era. He changed his story about the gate and that's on record. His GF's statement included a few things that would have been better left unsaid. While it won't really impact his court case, it could hurt him with UT, especially with so many people weighing in. But again, if they wanted to cut him loose, they could have done that for violation of team rules.

Regardless of any technical use of the term, I have zero doubt that CJP made it clear that he wouldn't tolerate that kind of **** when we took him. Zero tolerance FOR ABUSE.
And I would also fully expect him to wait to find out if something of that nature that happened, not an abused gate or sheetrock.
My kids school has a zero tolerance gun policy, it doesn't mean they get kicked out permanently for throwing pencils during class. It has to relate to the actual subject banned and they actually have to have broken the rule. Someone can't just claim they did.
