Twitter is so dumb. They are bringing up Tennessee not wanting Schiano. They act like not wanting someone to lead and be accountable for your program should be similar to giving a kid a second chance who never has been convicted of breaking any laws (I dont even think he was charged for anything in high school but idk).Something to consider is that Pruitt has shown to be pretty hard players who get into trouble. The prior record of toughness/low tolerance should come into play as this story unfolds IMO.
I know it is an overreaction, but in this stupid hyperwoke society...common sense very rarely holds sway..that is what I am afraid will happen, the university will feel forced to be hardnosed, and we know how puny UT is when it comes to this stuff, or at least how puny they have been...hopefully things are different with Phil and Jeremy in charge. It is. But unlike defensive line we do have options at CB.
Either way... This Twitter deal is the typical overreaction.
I don't condone what he did or has done.
But a lot of what we're seeing right now on social media is reaction to a headline. With little to no regard for what might have actually happened.
I'll just say this...I think we did our due diligence and if our adminstration says he can play after the suspension then good with me.
If not then that likely means there's a lot more that we don't know, and that's good with me too.
Looks like he had more than one girlfriend
Lol, the restarining order was mutual where they both stated abuseI think Bryce might have been 17 at the time too. See if someone can verify that. Knox news about to get their media passes took.
Also it states ex, when in fact; They have been together almost 4 years nowbooooy we need to stay the **** outta people’s personal life. Glad jobs don’t look into **** like that.
Someone posted a quote from that article that said BT had threatened to hurt himself. If that’s true, this kid needs help. UT needs to do everything they can for this guy
Well Phil was never shy about second chances. If they believe he's worth it he'll get it and the help he probably needs.I know it is an overreaction, but in this stupid hyperwoke society...common sense very rarely holds sway..that is what I am afraid will happen, the university will feel forced to be hardnosed, and we know how puny UT is when it comes to this stuff, or at least how puny they have been...hopefully things are different with Phil and Jeremy in charge.

If "the kids come first" means anything, he won't get railroaded for the sake of good PR.I'd like to agree with you, but I'm afraid in the current environment the university won't be willing to face public pressure from the usual people and will boot him. I trust Pruitt and Fulmer to do the right thing, whatever that is. But I don't trust the higher-ups.
It will blow over here as well. He argued with girls and said some things he shouldn't have, before and now again. That's it. He didn't beat anyone or rape anyone. Oh no, let's send him to Alcatraz! Society is so lame these days. I'm with Saban on this stuff, instead of kicking him off the team maybe we should help him? Oh gee, seems like such a wild idea, huh?Of course OU and MSU has dudes who actually beat up a woman and nothing happened there and the smoke ultimately blew over so![]()
remember....It will blow over here as well. He argued and said some thing before and again. Oh no, let's send him to Alcatraz! Society is so lame these days. I'm with Saban on this stuff, instead of kicking him off the team maybe we should help him? Oh gee, seems like such a wild idea, huh? Let the twitter justice warriors have their misery parade for a few more days and it'll go away. Get the kid some counseling, suspend him for a game or two and coach/teach/mentor him into being a good person. Or we could just kick him off and rejoice with the Dan Wolkens of the world...
Kick him off just to see him play at another school. So, honestly just give him the help he needs here. He’s never struck a women, he’s never really done anything wrong yet he’s being treated as if he has.It will blow over here as well.
