The question is what does the University do about the "shoot up the school" stuff.

To me if there's nothing more to that comment meaning, there's no evidence of a plot to do harm to the school then I don't know how you can punish him in a major way for that comment.

But that's completely my opinion. I have talked to a lot of people today and the common response has been I don't know, that's never been a part of a story before. So no one seems to know how the University will react.

I would be surprised if the misdeamenor charge is not dismissed.
