Why do you think it's not a big deal?
And I'm assuming you re answering that based on the KPD investigation/statements.

That’s got to be the dumbest argument you’ve made so far. Just because they’re allegedly athletes then they’ll be able to ID Bryce better?

Due to the circumstances when he made his comments, I don’t think it was a legitimate threat.

People do say dumb **** when mad and/or drunk. True, most people don’t threaten mass murder... but he has had issues going back to an alleged domestic violence incident in high school, so I do think he has severe anger issues and I worry for that girls safety.

But it can’t really be proven since he said he didn’t say it, the gf doesn’t recall him saying it and at least two of the three alleged athletes didn’t hear him say it.

So yeah the school would be stupid to go off flimsy “evidence”

Again you have up to four people claiming they didn’t hear him say it, take out Bryce and that’s three people who says they never heard it.

So no we don’t know he said it, unless you have audible proof it’s going to be hard to defend four against one

Take out Bryce and his gf and you have 0 people saying he didn’t say it. 1 of 3 witnesses didn’t hear it but never said he didn’t say it.

The school can’t openly disregard three forms of testimony, so again they would have a hard time defending their position

So the word of Bryce and his gf who have it in their best interest to deny it vs 2 witnesses, who have no dog in the fight. Which would you believe?
