Honestly, I'm down for a couple game suspension. You don't want to send a message to the rest of the team that you can get away with shenanigans. Even if this is blown out of proportion, there was property damage, the cops were called, and that's no way to talk to a woman.

If she doesn’t confirm him saying the shoot up the school part it’ll go away completely. Think about this, they’re in the hallway arguing. The witnesses didn’t actually see Thompson so I’d assume they’re in a room behind a door. Thompson’s yelling. How easy is it to believe he actually said “I’m dropping out of school” or any other number of sentences mentioning “school” and someone misheard it.

I’m certainly not saying he didn’t say it, but there’s just no way to even come close to proving it with it coming from just one witness who couldn’t even see him.
