Can someone elaborate on domestic assault? Was it towards a roommate or someone of the opposite gender? We can't lose this guy but if it's something to serious CJP and Fulmer won't put up with it.

Sounds like he might have anger issues.

Domestic Assault is no joke but I think the kid clearly needs help one way or another.

I figure it goes something like this , friends of BT or his GF text a friend what happened. Frien texts his friend & so on. Then people that don't believe check the police blotter. Its really very simple word of mouth moves in nano seconds this day and time . Not just here but every program. Also in small towns someone gets arrested it's on FB the next day. Just the world we live in get used to it ,
cameras everywhere , iphones track movement etc...on & on

My point is it doesn't even have to be the woman making stuff up.

We've had instances where I live with local writers just throwing crap into an article that's easily disproven, but someone told it to them so they can go all "sources said" blah blah blah.

The media here where I live uses "sources" from our "local police" which turn out to be the receptionists regurgitating crap they think they heard. At worst they vomit up the same thing the news says, and the news folks create an endless cycle for themselves.
