Question for y’all?
I bought my son his own Riddell Speedflex for the season this year, and his school, nor the BOE will let him wear it without an official release from Riddell Rep.
they’ll let him wear the $40 Schutt from 2014 the school issued tho.
I can meet with the rep, but it won’t be soon, and they started hitting today.
He can certainly wear the school helmet, but that’s not the point. Just pissed I have to jump thru hoops to let my son play in better equip than they provide. OR, am I in the wrong?

I know it sounds funny but Pruitt confirmed it on SportsTalk one day. James Andrews suggested if he wanted to continue to play football that he would need a full rehab year. He decided to do it this year and hopefully be ready for NFL workouts. Can’t play effectively in college because his body’s broken down so he’s taking that pro.
One year ain’t going to make that NFL trauma any softer. He’s a walking ligament waiting to snap. I hope he takes to this coaching...smart guy...I see a future.I know it sounds funny but Pruitt confirmed it on SportsTalk one day. He likely could’ve played this year at 80% but it would have been bad for his health long term.
They don’t, that’s just it. I asked if they were contractually obligated to the local sports equipment provider, and they are not. This particular business lost their Riddell rights due to shady business.Well they probably have a deal with Schutt and not Riddell. Hence why you would have to ask permission.

don't like all the digned up dudes.-Simonton
You don't watch the NFL or pay attention to the draft much do you? Last year 11 QBs were taken in what most said was one of the weakest classes in recent history.
A few head scratching picks, Ryan Finley, Easton Stick, Clayton Thorson, Gardner Minshew. Now will JG make it in the NFL? Who knows, but I think a winning season or two and good numbers gets him drafted at least.

hate to hear about Banks's grandfather, i'm sure that's why he wasn't there.....wonder what's up with Jamir?
need bituli healthy. need solomon healthy and waived.
we need to be healthy. we need to stay healthy.
i feel like the vast majority of this off season has been EXTREMELY positive for Tennessee. however, the last couple weeks with gooden going down, the now serious doubt about Solomon, the "hurt" players, the ?'s that still remain about Trey Smith....
eh....we went in to camp like a lion, feels like we're exiting camp on a bit of a wimper? are they scrimmaging this weekend?
we need the season to start. bad.
Look up night clubs. There is one that is like 2 or 3 stories, but we got there one night around 8...not much happenin and go drink downstairs. Come back up an hour later and the place was goin wild. Naked lady with a snake wrapped around her, fire stick dancers, great DJ playing old hits, some new ones, it was fun madness. I'm sure it's on yelp and rated well.
Foodwise - don't go to the famous tourist trap places, the food is pretty mediocre tbh. Dig around some or ask locals their favorites.
Simmer down, just managing reps after a tough camp to get everyone healthy for tge first game.don't like all the digned up dudes.

Also Dobbs lit it up as a junior AND senior and got drafted to be a back up. You guys really think even if JG has a decent year he thinks he can leave after that ONE good year and get drafted? Maybe into the XFL. MAYBE. Would be ridiculous to leave after this year regardless of stats.
Yes, but for UNC , it was not a compliance issue because they let other students get easy A's. That's still among the most ridiculous BS decisions I've ever heard. Almost as bad as Auburn and cam Newton.Good for us, but this is a pretty bad look for the NCAA after UNC received just a slap on the wrist for the same thing.
