Quick question for you guys.

A friend of mine was at work and the ladder he was on collapsed and he fell 15 foot. Fractured his foot and bruised some bones. All happened about 6 weeks ago. Tomorrow his workers comp adjuster is coming out to meet him and he called me asking if I knew what they wanted to see him about and i couldn’t find nothing on google. Somewhere on here, I believe one of yous will know.
Depends but it may be just to ask questions and see in person. Especially if the employer has a different story. As long as he tells the truth, theres nothing to worry about. Hopefully your friend hasn't been doing competitions like a jumping Jack offs with friends in his front lawn and claiming he has pain still.

also depends who is with the adjuster. But they usually tell you lawyer stuff up front.

Edit: I'm not changing it because it's funny but I mean a jumping Jack competition. nothing inappropriate.

What’s so yikes? We literally started 2 freshmen last year and they both performed fantastic. If a new freshman is outperforming one of them, the we have a potential freshman ALL-SEC player. That’s fantastic.
Good yikes? If he’s good enough for the coaches to feel comfortable moving Taylor to the star that’s amazing.

Yikes because as good as those guys were last year this is incredibly surprising.

Oh, I misunderstood. Yikes is usually negative lol. Sorry for the misinterpretation.

They’re probably forming a subrogation potential that is efforting to file suit against the ladder company (or the employer or work site). Werner, for instance, is lawyer’d like the best of them. If he was outside the rails when it happened they have no shot against Werner.

They’ll ask him what he was doing at the time of collapse. Details like that.

On top of that workers comp now has caps on settlements in TN. The caps are next to nothing. Thank your TN state legislature for not protecting injured workers.

Isn’t Taylor bigger and a better open field tackler than Thompson?

They usually send Thompson in on the rushes etc. but I would say they are both about equal. The only thing Thompson might have on Taylor is speed so I suppose Star would make sense for Taylor in that aspect. Either way.... can you imagine 3 guys like that on the field at the same time.... whew
