No, he did not act properly, but he did act legally. There is a distinct and significant difference between the two. Under this hellish system, everything he did was within the law. But the simple question that you ignore is was his actions even necessary?
A busted tail light... Relax.
When are these cops going to spend as much time and effort going after killers and thieves instead of this weak nonsense? The cop escalated the situation by not just giving her a verbal. IDGAF if it has been 6 months. You don't waste time on this sort of nonsense.
So a certain segment of society, deplorable trash according to you, deserved to mocked, ridiculed, ignored and murdered, because they dont let everyone go who commits a crime?Again, that profession attracts a certain segment of our population that has a desire to play real life "cops and robbers" and that have a desire to pull the trigger anytime there is the hint of drama.
"Every situation merits it's own diagnosis, and usually, it is easy to see who is at fault, citizen or cop."Having watched COPS as a kid since it started and LivePD now, it's a tough job. Situations and personalities, and so many outcomes.
I couldn't do it, first off because anytime I came across a wife beater I'd beat him, anytime I by chance had a rapists or child molester, I'd shoot them. I'm pretty cool and calm, but, there have been some things seen on TV with these 2 shows where I would of slapped someone or maybe worse.
If you become a law enforcement officer first is treat people like you would like to be treated, better. Best rule.
You must have some sort of ongoing training where officers are able to work on temperament. Not fair or right, but, you must learn to take the Roadhouse approach of Be Nice. You have to be able to take almost anything anyone can dish out except putting hands on or pulling weapons on the cop. More use of non lethals as well.
A lot of people suck, and are worthless and don't deserve the air they breathe. There are bad people, and by just the matter of the profession, cops are going to deal with people who walk the line of insane and crazy and do not give a f***, and all types in between.
Where a good and decent person's really bad day affects them and the interaction with police and how the effects of that interaction start, foster, and grow into good or bad sometimes deosn't matter how "good" the officer is.
Sometimes no matter the excellence of a cop to take sh** and deal with people they too have bad days and the citizen takes the brunt.
No justifying anything, just is a matter of reality.

If that fails, don't act like an ******* when the cops DO come. I would wager you have an infinitely better chence of not getting your ass kicked by the pa-lice.I will admit that obeying the law will lead to a high probability of avoiding conflict with the cops. But it's certainly not a guarantee.

We get it. You hate police and Michael Brown had his hands up.
It's a country of over 300 million people. Bad things will happen. My house hasn't been hit by a tornado, but several different hurricanes have ripped off my roof.
"Every situation merits it's own diagnosis, and usually, it is easy to see who is at fault, citizen or cop."
This part is true but as you can see by the LEO murder encourages itt, situations dont matter. It's always LEO's fault. They even blame them for Trayon Martin and Sandra Bland..
What hole is that? I want police officers who have done wrong to be punished. You and others believe everything they do is wrong. They even get blamed for stuff they didnt do. Trayvon Martin, Eric Garner, and Sandra Bland. Meanwhile, Michael Brown had his hands up.I’m surprised your phone gets a signal in that hole you’ve dug.
