I might be wrong but it still seems like they won’t trade for someone to directly replace Markakis.

And I’m hopeful 6 weeks off might be a blessing in disguise for him. Wish it were more like 4 weeks, of course.

Freddie missed roughly six weeks in 2017 but it wasn't his throwing hand, Joey Gallo just had surgery on his throwing hand and is expected to miss at least four weeks, the Braves not letting much info out about a recovery time frame for Nick is very concerning to me.
