I worded it wrong, sorry. It does not rule according to the constitution as much as it should.

The census question had precedent, so this shouldn't have even made the bench.

It's not much of a stretch to go from voting in local elections to statewide to national voting.

The Fox News spin cycle is working overtime. This is called "burying the lead". Fox News wants to deflect attention from the real story here, which is, that Trump is giving up on his fight to have the citizenship question added to the 2020 Census. Fox News does this by pointing to some other action, unrelated to the 2020 Census, which Trump claims he will take next. However, even if this supposed action is taken, it still won't change the fact that his administration just suffered a defeat. The Bottom Line = Trump isn't getting the citizenship question added to the 2020 Census form. End/
