Yeah, but unless burns is the second coming of Hakeem olujawon that win total could easily be flipped. Makes the 2020 class huge. If we don’t finish like projected with it, the university of Tennessee May never win a college basketball championship.
Well you obviously think Barnes is a great coach and Whites had more success. I’m saying Mike White is a good coach and I get why Blackshear would want to stay closer to home and play for UF with White
Conveniently, you've left this a little subjective by using the word "few", but tell me what precludes this from happening in the next few years. If our 2020 class includes Walker, Johnson, Springer, and Hall, and you combine them with Plavsic, Burns, possibly James, and a group of complimentary role players, what prevents that group from being in the mix?Yes Tennessee not having a good 2020 recruiting class precludes them from having a chance at a national title in 2035
They’re not winning a national title in the next few years anyways. You’re like 21 you got plenty of time.

If you want me to say it I’ll say it.
Rick Barnes is the coach. Tennessee is not winning a national title with him.
And which coach is going to come in and win us a national title?
Only a handful of elite coaches want to go to a program that puts them in the best position to win.
These up & comers aren’t going to magically make us an elite program either.
There we go. Just wanted to hear you say it instead of the neutered version you presented. I can't remember you expressing that opinion 6 months ago. It seems like the loss to Purdue and the butthurt you suffered over the UCLA ordeal have advanced that opinion, or at the very least, publicized it.If you want me to say it I’ll say it.

I don't think Barnes will win a Natty but I am hoping he'll leave the program in good enough shape for the next guy . All in who the admin replaces him with.
