Potted meat with mayo on toast was something we ate as kids. Didn't mind spicy Vienna but preferred regular with the juice replaced by vinegar. Ate those with some saltines. Ah....memories.

I don't eat the "grossest" foods often, but I don't hate them.

Potted meat is probably it I guess, most people judge hard for that one. Even my wife won't eat it. And I like to dip nacho cheese Doritos into it from time to time.

Never ate at one in Chatt but back in the 80s I used to frequent the one in Knoxville on Kingston Pike across from West Town Mall.

Not really comparable but you know those crappy 3 dollar frozen Tony’s Pizzas?

When I wasn’t entertaining guest, or going over to someone else house, that was my “go to” game day feast.

Used to drench that thing in Ranch dressing.

To this day, and I’m not a big frozen pizza guy, but I still prefer that to any kind of DiGirno or ‘classier’ frozen pizza.

One of my favorite players from that class, his high school tape was next level. I'm holding out hope that injuries have been the reason he hasn't made noise yet and he is about to break out.

Is it my go to default? Have I mentioned them previously? Idk I may have. Them and Churchs Chicken have always struck me as the kind of grungiest fast food places out there. Although that is largely an uneducated opinion (par for the course for me, amirite?) as I've never eaten at either.

I get ya tho. Used to love Long Johns fish and chicken combo...last time I gave a shot years ago it was like they ladled cold Crisco on them.

Grew up on potted meat...gross now. Still like regular vienna with saltines and hot sauce.

Heck Five Guys tastes delicious but the after effects on my stomach are awful.....

Cook-out isn’t bad but it’s super greasy etc. I went to an In-n-Out in California and it was one of the best burgers I had ever had fast food wise. Maybe I just went to a good one?

Edit: oh and cookout is found in the south. Definitely in North Carolina.

never been to one. but get it confused with backyard burger all the time. which, those are pretty good. fire gilled, all the toppings....literally a backyard burger.
