Just tough to overcome a terrible first inning like that. However, the bullpen and the rest of the team battled and handled the pressure as well as we could expect. This regional experience will pay dividends in the coming years. It's great to be a Tennessee Vol,

Hate the ride is over, but it’s been a great season. Enjoyed it immensely. Very optimistic about the future and direction of our program.

I don’t know about after this season, but I think we’re going to have to fight to keep Vitello somewhere down the line. We seem to have stepped up our commitment to baseball since he’s been here. I hope that continues.
