You may be thinking of Gavin Newsome who is now Governor of CA. But yes, Gavin and the leftists have done a fantastic job of turning SFO into a total s***hole. At least the downtown area anyway.

I would have to ask anyone asking for or anyone recommending reparations to give some concrete proof that they would be better of if their relatives had never been brought here. Considering life in the US vs life in many parts of Africa (or the Caribbean since the British for one settled many there as slaves), I don't think anyone could actually answer they would have been better off if their ancestors had never been brought here.
