The NCAA really needs to do something about this. It is getting out of hand and killing college football. Plus, this is making a whole another generation of quitters and spoil brats who when they don't get their way they just quit and cry about it. SMH

About what? Ability to transfer? He hasn't done anything any kid in the past decade or more hasn't been able to do. He is just...actually doing it. And I agree it's pretty ridiculous. But he can transfer all he wants. But he better dang sit out.

Just transferring to be transferring with no penalty or sitting out a year. I don't understand how coaches are supposed to recruit and keep the rosters at 85 when kids are transferring left and right. Same goes for college basketball. It's hard to recruit to me when coaches think their rosters are set in stone then 2-5 kids leave at the last moment. Maybe walk on's can fill the rosters if it's too late to grab some last minute recruits or transfer or grad transfers yourself to fill the rosters.

Also, I'm sure college coaches are reaching out to kids at other schools that they missed on originally during the signing period talking them into leaving and transferring. They are not supposed to but I'm sure it's going on bigtime.

If you’re upset or unhappy with your job, should you be allowed to look for a new one?

These dudes have one chance to make it pro. Whatever they think is the best path there then who are we or anyone to stop them

I think there's a little gray despite how black and white that analogy makes it. There are jobs where room and board or training are charged if you decide to leave. Companies are also allowed to hire and replace as they choose.

No desire to punish kids or hold them back though and Idc as much about that part as the 25 counter rule. Teams don'tget an extra or anything the next year, correct?

That’s why i think there should be just an open transfer window basically like in Soccer. Do it in the summer for all sports.

During the months of June and July any player can transfer without penalty. If they transfer to a same level school (not to D2 or juco to try and stop schools from running off players they don’t want) ...then the school they left can use that scholarship on a transfer that summer or count it towards their next recruiting class.

If you're going to allow a player to transfer twice in a few months because he is not happy, then teams should be allowed to drop players that are not working out, get the counter back, and to recruit from other colleges so the spot is not wasted. I don't like that or want it, but it looks like we're heading in that direction. They should at least get the counter back.

I'm sure there's a couple of improvements that could work but I'm not a big fan of the current, as-is.

After seeing Lotr Return of the King for the first time, there's 1 little thing I would've changed.

It pretty much would've been 3 straight hours of little Sam hobbit beating the absolute dog pizz out of little Frodo hobbit.
Yeah, that covers it.

You miss the part where Gollum manipulates Frodo and Sam against each other to get the ring back and Frodo slowly becomes more and more corrupted by the ring?

I really didn’t have anything against the smoky gray, just didn’t like to see a lot of that instead of orange in the stands. Kinda glad it’s gone because of that.
I liked them in small doses. Love silence about fashion choices even more. There are some that’ll never be happy tho. Last year it was whining about no stripes. Put the stripes back on...😭

I knew as soon as I posted that, it would restart the 50 thousand comments on which of the uniform choices is the right one. I hang my head in shame.
