I have no issues with tap and drink it every day. I remember one time a sales guy came by my old firm wanting to talk about supplying the best water for all the employees asking me if I wanted to be drinking the best and supply the best. One, I didn't make that kind of decision for the firm. Two I drank tap water so I didn't care. Not the answer he was looking for.Tap water all day. Bottled water is stupid.
Luckily when I worked in a restaurant, we didn't offer bottled water. Tap was all you got. But come to think about it, they would might drink something else if they weren't satisfied with not having bottled water. Oh I'll take tea. What do you think we filled that big tin up with to mix the tea with...It's funny how people will act all snooty in a restaurant with stuff like this.
"I'll have water... In a bottle and a glass of ice with lemon, tap water contains arsenic".
"Sure, ma'am, our ice machine is connected to a big bottle of Figi and the Chef uses Voxx in your rice, which contains arsenic, and to steam your broccoli rabe and Lobster tail".
Bottled water is environmentally disastrous.
It’s only good role is in an airport and on a flight.
Memphis tap water is wonderful! Asheville water is pretty meh. I do like using the Brita filter.
In my diminished physical condition I have a mini fridge in my room so I can have cold water without going downstairs every time I want a drink of cold water. Used to drink water with ice from my refrigerator. All you bottled water haters can bite me.
It’s getting through TSP. I wind up buying water once I’m through the checkpoint. Geeze.Yeah sure, let's single out bottled water, except when it's totally convenient to me. That airplane runs off air.
That’s a perfectly good reason for bottled water. As opposed to people ordering bottled water because it is (was) trendy, which I thought was what we were talking about. In my diminished physical condition I have a mini fridge in my room so I can have cold water without going downstairs every time I want a drink of cold water. And that plane doesn’t run off recycled plastic water bottles. There’s nothing useful to be done with empty water bottles. Not everything is disposable or easily recycled.

My young son would argue with you. He finds it extremely entertaining to take an empty water bottle and crumple it repeatedly making a most irritating noise. It’s getting through TSP. I wind up buying water once I’m through the checkpoint. Geeze.
