Abortions and the bible.

Yeah, unless my math is wrong, 1/10,000th of 1% is equal to 1 in a million, right?

Not 1 in 1 million PEOPLE...

1 in 1 million abortions in florida...

Even rape, would be 1 in 100,000 abortions, so 4 in a year. Allegedly. Allegedly 4 women in a year in florida got pregnant from rape.

Lets make all the laws based on a 1 in a million chance though, and kill 60 million unborn babies even though 3 out of 4 were just a lazy arse form of birth control.

Wow...wow
That's right. But we have all known all this though right? I would guess most of us knew before these stats were published just about every abortion is done because women chose to have relations and they and their partner didn't use protection and they didn't want to be responsible for their actions.

Of course everyone knew that.
Now you do still need to factor in when birth control was used but failed.

That's more likely a "prefer not to answer" option than what is being extrapolated by the "libertarian" tweeter. But read it any way you need to support your opinion

Again, another line you never get tired of using. Trust me we all know by now you think over 60 million abortions is brilliant.

You keep throwing out 60 million abortions. How many took place before Roe v. Wade? We'll never know since no one was keeping count. There were likely more abortions in our country before that case as after.

How many people like your avatar are obese? Why not outlaw that? The consequences of obesity cost our country a helluva lot more than abortions. Paul stated gluttony was a sin so what you fat people are doing to yourselves is just as much of a sin as you think abortion is.

You can outlaw abortion but you will never outlaw the need or desire for it.

If one chooses to be obese they aren't hurting anyone but themselves. Or other part of obesity are medical issues, of course none of that has anything to do with abortions you are just trying to throw out a diversion from the fact that just about every abortion is by a whore who lets the first guy who walks into a bar and buy her a martini screw her

But I don't. I wish there were no abortions.
Luther, quit dancing around and tell him what you actually believe. You and I are very close on belief (at least public belief) that I think he will get it. I know from your posts you aren't hardcore on this. Talk as a person for once and not as a staunch progressive lib.

Right. And every fat person binges on twinkies, chips and coca-cola like a pig.

Here's some problems caused by obesity for you: People die in traffic accidents caused by the other driver having a stroke, high blood sugar or heart attack. Children lose a parent. The COSTS of treating heart disease and diabetes are born by every person in the US. Maybe we should abort some fat people who are a hellish drain on our medical resources and economy?

Are you overweight or obese?

Can you quantify "just about"? Can you quantify stupid love sick little girl/stupid horny little boy? As an adult now I can say without a doubt I wish there were no abortions other than for the mother's medical reasons. However, I am not short sighted enough to say a kid that isn't mine can't screw up and give them no way out. I can't look at your kids or Luther's and say no, sorry, you must have the kid. I don't have that responsibility......fortunately. That is why I don't necessarily believe Roe v Wade to be right, I just believe it should be left alone. What NY and VA have done and what other states are trying is murder and the Dr. should be prosecuted as such.

Instead of legislating acceptance, try legislating tolerance and teaching acceptance. You see where that idea got with Homosexuality and gender bending. You can't legislate acceptance, only tolerance and then teach.

Oh goody, are we now working towards medical review boards? Letting the government decide who gets treatment and who doesn't?

Not true at all. Aside from the cost and burden to the medical/insurance industry, they pass their genes and habits onto their innocent kids.

Didn't say that. Just said being fat is just as sinful as and more costly than having abortions.

No, there wasn't. Teen pregnancy USED to be a stigma. When your party made it a badge of honor via MTV and other bull **** programs, the abortion rate went through the roof. USED to be there were a very small number of pregnancies in HS, now it is rampant. Stop guessing and do your homework. You are simply proving that every 21 year old that gets on the internet doesn't know everything.....in fact they don't know much if you are the example.

Now start with the name calling and insults since that is all you have.

I am considered obese my modern medical terms......when I was young, I would have just been considered heavy. Thing is, I changed as I got older........3.5% body fat at 24 years old. Sat down behind a desk and gained weight. Not everyone is over weight because of gluttony.........but hey, you are 21 and know every damn thing there is to know.

You show me data where MTV's Teen Mom shows had any affect on abortions. You can't. There are a lot more abortions now because there are more people and children start becoming sexually active at younger ages.

Stop making stuff up just because you are mad.

This is wrong. You and Mick must have shared a room last night. You are now legislating your religious beliefs so this is where we part company.

your first point is too small to be significant, the second is valid but has no effect on you unless it was your parent, the third is factually incorrect. How do you know someone is going to be fat at birth?

No, I am a 55 year old male who has worked in an office since 1987 and has a BMI in the normal range. It can be done.

Dancing around? I've stated multiple times I think Roe vs. Wade was a brilliant decision and should be left intact.
