Btw, I weighed myself today for the first tim in 12 years. I would have guessed 205/210, however, I weighed in at 187.2 . Still not happy about that.

I'm going to set my goal at 175 as I am about to embark on a low carb diet beginning March 1.

177.4 and waist down to 34.

233.. Down 72 lbs from my heaviest. Checked my blood pressure this week and it was 117/69. That's the lowest I can remember it being. I go back to my Dr next month and I'm hoping he takes me off blood pressure medicine!
