He is seen as the most moderate one running, he knows he has to try to get to the left or at least close to the radical Sanders/Harris/Robert Francis etc.We were told this would never happen
Biden says U.S. has 'obligation' to give health care to everyone, including illegal immigrants | Daily Mail Online
When the debates (if they actually have any) start, we should have a tournament style bracket that we can participate in as to when each of these douchenozzles will drop out of the race, and who will be the one that Mr Trump destroys in 2020.
I'll see if I can come up with something
It isn't a lock for Trump, but he has a leg up. It is difficult to unseat an incumbent, the economy has been doing well, and the 33ish% of voters that are firmly behind him no matter what he does helps. It will be tough for any Democrat.I tend to agree but keep in mind this is the same country that elected barack "barry" hussein obama, twice so I still don't fully trust it's a lock.
I don't think the folks are ready for an admitted socialist. He does have a following of young people, no doubt about that, One thing that could hurt Biden is those same Bernie supporters feel they have had the nomination stole from them twice.Don't count out the Bern just yet. He's the only other politician I can think of, except for maybe Obama, that has a similar group of followers as Trump.
My fellow Comrade Millennials would be out in full force, but it would likely depress turnout among other groups. I could be wrong, but there also seems to be a lot more political fatigue than usual. Between Trump and Congressional Dem's antics, it seems a lot of people are tuning out. Anecdotal and just among people I know, but it feels like many are washing their hands of all of it. That might depress turnout as well.I think you'd have a record number of people sitting out the election.
I forget where I read it, but something like 10-15% of Bernie Bros in 2016 voted for Trump out of spite, which still baffles me. No doubt that would happen again if Biden wins the nomination, they've been pissed for three years.I don't think the folks are ready for an admitted socialist. If true I can see that for 2 reasons, a middle finger to Hillary and the DNC and most importantly a vote for someone differentI forget where I read it, but something like 10-15% of Bernie Bros in 2016 voted for Trump out of spite, which still baffles me. No doubt that would happen again if Biden wins the nomination, they've been pissed for three years.
