Have to fight Cal for him, assuming he returns to college. Spend his last year on a rebuilding team that lost most of its starters? Probably not. Would be huge, though.

Heist used to be awful. Haven't been back in years. Heard they changed all their recipes and it's much better but still haven't been back.
Wasn't impressed with Resident Culture but have only been once.
Love Legion. Like Old Meck, Catawba and Wooden Robot. I'd like Noda more if I liked IPAs a lot but they have other good stuff.

I want commitments just like everyone else but good grief most of your 5* and 4* don't even make a decision until maybe Summer or even after their season is over. You know whats going to happen when we do start getting commitments don't you? Then its going to be, bet we don't keep him, and the He's gone he visited another school. LOL

Thanks Gucci. I'm staying on Highland Ave right next to the park, and I should be able to walk there. IIRC it was an IPA of theirs that was high gravity, but drank like a much lighter beer. Normally I'm not a huge fan of IPAs, but that was something I enjoyed.

VQ hinted the other day that multiple folks likely leaving due to medical issues. And there will be more leave for other reasons after semester is over next week.

i don't hate Sweetwater, but there's definitley better. it's a good go to especially if there's no other options....

as for Charlotte, i really like Birdsong and Lenny Boy. OMB has some good beers, but it's almost too commercialized. though, kind of like Sweetwater, if i go someplace, and they have OMB copper, and nothing else, i'm drinking that.....

NoDA is really good too....

OLd Meck is ok. i don't hate it. Catawba has a couple good ones. never had legion or Wooden robot.

you're right about Noda and the ipa's...hop drop and roll is one of my favorites. another one that's pretty good is Unknown brewing.....if you like ipa's that is.

pretty good brewery scene here all in all. feels like there's one popping up on every corner. i've only been to Sweet Union brewing once, it's in Indian trail....wasn't overly impressed, they had a brown ale i liked.....not much else. my brother loves it.

Sucks about Crosby imo. Knew one of his teachers at Ocean Lakes HS and she raved about what a genuinely good kid he was. That plus he was a very athletic big guy. Really thought given some time with Fitz, that he would eventually pan out.

Wish him well, but knowing what I know about him, he’s the kind of guy who will be successful outside of football.

meh never been into it. Maybe a tiny bet here or there to make a lackluster game interesting, but something like 95% are losers at sports betting and for good reason. Bookies and sharp syndicates pour millions into their systems.

I stick to poker but unfortunately that wasn't a part of the bill. An actual game of skill and it isn't allowed. What a joke.
