Really? Why don't we have Spanish restaurants? What are some good things?
There are tapas places that serve traditional Spanish tapas everywhere now.

Just because there is an abundance of restaurants of a certain style of food it doesn't make it good. There are Mexican restaurants everywhere and it's the worst food on Earth.

Day 1...I think the Redskins had the best day. Got a QB for the future, but didn't haven't to reach to get him. Got a potentially INSANE edge rusher who is the same size as Clowney and actually ran a faster forty...by over 1 tenth

6'6" 260 and he ran a 4.4 (at the combine)...also had better production per year. I'm floored he went so late.

I think in an individual sport you can get away with it much easier that when you are a part of a team and your dad is running his mouth constantly, ie. Lavar Ball. It brings a selfish dynamic to the team and many times the other players are turned away from that person.
You begin, end and retire with that Lavar Ball example.

Good lord that looked like pure hell being in that Nashville crowd swarm last night. What if you had to tinkle?

You tinkle and

Seriously...how was Sweat not a top 10 pick? Clowney went 1st and was a 7.5 Grade....Sweat was a 6.34 Grade and fell to 26th, wow.

It’s what happens every draft, after every “guaranteed top 10 pick” proclamation for 20+ prospects...quality players drop. It’s why Belichick loads up on future lower round picks and never panics/abandons his board.

Obviously depends on your macronutrient profiles, but eating that much “clean” Can be a bit uncomfortable, but not too bad.

If that’s the route you want to take, fats will be higher calorie density, but also more satiating.

Peanut butter with apples
Extra olive oil on top of salads and veggies
Nuts (though 20/40% of calories are not digested depending on nut and amount of chewing)
Cooking with coconut cream/milk
Whole fat dairy, cheese
Whole Eggs

I would personally not bulk this way, but that’s another story

Also, at 3,500 calories, protein generally is adequate by the sheer amount of food eaten unless you are vegan
What is the method you would use?

I guess...I'm sure the depth of the DL in this draft also changed where people went as well.

Titans most likely snapped up Simmons even though they’re not deep on the DL...because another team below them who are, would snap him up and park him.

Sweat then!?!?

Hopefully Simmons is a beast, he has all the potential. Just hate we don’t get immediate return on our first rounder yet again.
Simmons is indeed a beast. I listen weekly to Greg Cosell of NFL Films and considered as an expert and guru and he had Simmons rated higher and likes his game better even than Quinnen Williams of Bama. He thinks he was for sure one of the best 5 players in the entire draft before the ACL injury. As a Titans fan, I too hate we have to wait on him but with all the top end d-line talent gone at that point and the 2 ol they coveted who had 1st round grades, I believe the Titans got a great pick at that spot and will pay off in the long run.

In short, once your dietary needs are met, more “clean” food doesn’t give more benefits.

If your bulk is controlled, you are storing very little calories in your body ~1,000-1,500 per week maybe, depending on your rate of weight gain target.

So, I build my bulking diet around whole nutritious foods that meet my vitamin and mineral needs. At this point, I have room for easily consumed food, maybe 20% of my diet. Snickers, ice cream, Reese’s, etc.

I can run this to a smaller degree even when I diet. I’m about 8.5% body fat right now and had half a pizza and a bit of ice cream tonight. Much less room for error though because the minimal food I’m eating most days is difficult to hit basic nutrition needs.

When you have three 1st rounders i don’t care how you got them. You got them. Yes all that matters. When is the last time we had 3 first rounders in one year?
yeah, that's a bad narrative. we have had a ton of transfers leave here and get to the NFL....

the only thing that matters is school x sent this many players to the league. where they started gets no credit for that.

The 1st estimate given on crowd size was 150,000 but later the estimate was announced at nearing 200,000. I'll bet Lyft and Uber drivers were making bank last night and will the next 2 days as well.
