Where you now? Alaska? I’m not trying to suggest that Chattanooga is Silicon Valley (that’s where my wife’s from), and if one has a top end middle class tax bracket, they should be fine. But my Mom and stepfather had 3 different retirement checks coming in and he still worked on the side and they needed to pull stakes. It’s not a cheap community anymore.

Nashville for 10 years and Charlotte for the past 2.5. I didn't mean to suggest that Chattanooga is dirt cheap. I know that it's rapidly increasing in cost. But I'm used to Nashville and Charlotte where the housing markets are insane if you want to live in a desirable, walkable area (which is a must-have for my wife). My wife is from Florida and housing is very expensive there as well, so for us Chattanooga is the best long-term option.

If Conklin can get back healthy they will be fine. I think that OL is easily good enough.

I would for dak now because his price will probably go up significantly next year. His stats are remarkably similar to Russell Wilson through their 1st 3 years and only 4 less wins despite not having the legion of boom. His biggest problem has been coaching. And he's way less injury prone than Mariota. I hate the cowboys but could see him take a big step next year.

Bad thing Jason is Jerry’s boy. Everyone gives jerry crap but he has built a damn good roster. If you put a better coach on Dallas the last handful of years they probably have a Super Bowl imo.

Yeah, but Fiedler for me is a good symbol of Dolphins mediocrity. He was a good serviceable QB that could win some games but was never gonna take you to the promised land. Admittedly, it didn't help him that he followed Marino, who in turn had followed not far behind Bob Griese. That kinda put him in the position of standard-bearer for all the years of mediocrity to follow.

Really? They have had a top 3 OL, Byron Jones was maybe the best corner in football this year. Good pass rush, good LBs. I think it’s definitely a top 10 roster.
