Hilarious that you guys sat through ~63 hours of dialogue-heavy, exposition-filled GoT episodes and freak out over two more where "OMG liek nothing happens wtf."

They put all of the pieces into place and tied up most of the loose ends. Now we're about to see all of the carnage and bloodshed y'all are craving.

It really is, I hope they realize that they are rolling out a hugely expensive prequel...probably wouldn't be too wise to piss off half the fanbase by murdering everybody. Only weirdo nihilists want to see everybody dead and westeros nuked into oblivion.

I amend my statement. That was an excellent final set up episode. This is probably the last time we will see most of these characters not in warfare and it was nice to see them all together one last time. It was well done and a nice final sendoff to the characters.

Ok...imma need you to expound on this..I thought it was excellent and I will never understand that sentiment...just curious, maybe you can give me another way of looking at it.

That’s a good point. As I said, swain’s show said we overachieved at 5-7. This roster was in bad shape.

The way I see it tho is that we massively upgraded at OC, the defense is in the 2nd year, S&C in second year also. We also added some talent.

At the same time Mizzou lost the player that made them good. Vandy lost everyone that made them decent. So did KY. I also don’t expect much from SC and frankly we should’ve beaten them last year. MSU also lost their DL and QB as well. And we play BYU instead of WVU.

8-4 is very attainable imo.

I think it was Majors that said, "You're only as strong as your weakest link." I think we have a lot going for us and expect a lot of improvement. Well, at least everyone to be on the same page and giving a lot of effort. So 8 wins with minimal injuries, and the ball bouncing our way more times than not. But I could see 6 because of depth issues.

That episode didn't feel like filler at all to me. It felt like giving all the characters some last, final development and down time before they all die. We have been with these characters for so long, I think it was a great sendoff. Maybe not 100% necessary to the plot but quality content imo.
