Jumped up to 272 and got back on my modified keto last Monday...back down to 261 this morning. Going on a cruise in June and want to scale back down to 250ish at least by then. I don't want to lose too much before then or I'll have to buy a new wardrobe, and I can't afford that.I'm a portly 6'-3". Two weeks ago I weighed 270. I've eaten virtually no bread or potatoes, or rice or many carbs for that matter. I weighed in at 255 this morning.

It does. But the way I look at it, the way I was eating, I wouldn't be able to wear them anyway, but because I was gaining weight. So I'd much rather it be because I've lost so much. I'm going to see if I can get them taken in. We'll see.Whew! That sucks. I'm not going to buy any new suits till I get down to 225 or so.
Just buy you some nice shirts and slacks till you get where you want. That doesn't hurt the wallet near as bad.It does. I dropped from 302 in Feb 18 to 251 Aug 18, and then I started eating what I wanted on weekends or every other weekend, and gained back up to around 257-260. I stayed like that till last month when I just decide to take a few weeks off...balloned up to 272 and felt like pure crap, so I completely cut out carbs starting last monday and dropped back down to 261 this morning. I am starting to feel better now.Yep I feel a ton better than I did 3 months ago.
I've improvised pretty good. Even fast-food. I ate a double whopper with cheese today, in a box. I've eaten Arby's beef and cheddar in a bowl as well as the French dip. Hardees does good with their low carb. I was surprised how easy it was for me to adapt.Lol. Wish I could blame someone... Lots travel... Lots of eating out.. And zero discipline to eat the right things... Had to change...
