The microwaveable can but wrapped in aluminum it won’t melt. I’d remove the membrane and just wrap in aluminum with a good rub dry or wet.

I've rapped hotel pans with plastic wrap and aluminium foil and put in the oven at 550 degrees. The plastic is too thin to absorb enough heat to melt it and the steam from the food makes it wet. And if nothing else the foil helps protect it. Check muh stats.
