Talent is something you're born with, no one is born shooting a basketball.

Doesn't mean some people aren't better or more talented at shooting, but I don't agree at all that it's just "there" and you either have it or you don't.

I totally 100% disagree. It is a talent you either have or not. Just like any athletic ability it can be improved with practice.

thats the real world though. If I tell my boss reality, he dgaf, says "just get it done, make it happen". For $4m, I'd expect Pruitt to "just get it done" too and not make excuses publicly, especially when coaches with no talent are doing it elsewhere.
