This reminded me of an event and funny story I was involved in many years ago. Me and 3 of my 1st shift buddies went night fishing for catfish one evening after work. After a little while, I noticed the tip of my rod bend hard and fast. After fighting that sucker a few minutes, I finally got it to the bank. It was a fresh water eel that none of us had ever caught. A little while later, one of my buddies also caught one of the darn things. After heading back toward the plant, we had discussed what to do with the eels. The night shift mgr of our dept. was a huge Kentucky basketball fan named Jack Cropper and was a friend of Joe B Hall, Kentucky's coach at the time. Jack liked to go out to his truck at supper time and have a few swigs of bourbon. It was that time of night so we took the two eels into Jack's office and placed them in his top desk drawer and then left. The next afternoon, we saw Jack coming up the aisle with a large bandage on his head. We said "wow, Jack, what happened to you?" he says " I'd like to know who the assholes were that put a couple of snakes in my desk last night! I opened it to pull out a legal pad and was so scared I leaned too far back in my chair turning it over and hit my darn head on the concrete floor. The company nurse had to bandage my head from a cut!"Of course we acted surprised and were glad he was okay. To my knowledge, he never knew it was us. Fun times

You do not have to show me your Tennessee undies. I will never call you a Bulldog fan ever, ever, ever, ever, ever again.Bro... Cant believe im saying this to give you the satisfaction...what would it take for you to make you believe im a vols fan. You wanna see my room with autographed helmets? My tennessee undies? Im legit over it. Its been years of back and forth.
Speak for yourself. I tried with Dooley. When they hired Butch, I couldn't even try until I became a Dobbs fan plus a few more. Didn't want him to fail but sure was glad to see him go. This is a good group of coaches.
@SweetasSoda these are better position coaches i agree. Only coach im not quite sold on is rocker
Honestly looks very fake to me, obviously the guy was pulling the boat in and where was Bill handing that tackle box to? The Motor?
One of my closest friends worked for TWRA for years, and also worked on his own as a fishing and hunting guide. He had a house on Birdsong Creek near Camden and I was up there one week and we were at the marina getting ready to head out onto the lake. Bill Dance and crew were there filming a show, and apparently was not having much success so he asked my friend if he would catch some crappie for him, or at the very least show Bill where my friend had laid his crappie beds. My friend very politely said no.
Holy crap dude. I'm glad I was busy yesterday because my heart skipped a beat when I read that...I think I used the wrong term maybe?
A nurse coming to my home so they don't have to send me to the hospital for the intravenous medications...
Home healthcare?
Sorry, new to all this.
It will never be like it was. Even UConn has dipped, ever so slightly.
Honor the legacy of the era of Pat, which will never return, and dig in with another Lady Vol and see where she can take things. Top 15 program annually would be an amazing job and commended
I don't think he ever plays here so I guess it's up to him if he wants to be far from home doing nothing for another year or not.Why would he? He'll be a RS Sophmore...he has 3 years eligibility left and if he graduates after next season might be able to Grad transfer and play his last 2 somewhere else without sitting out a year.

Well Burns redshirted and knew he was redshirting going into the season so that's why he didn't play. I might be remembering this wrong but I believe Walker got in Barnes's dog house by showing up out of shape to the start of practices. I think Walker would have played a bigger role this past season if it wasn't for that.I think if he was going to transfer he would have entered the portal already though? I know he has had some injury issues so that could be part of it, UT has a great medical staff though so could be part of why he has stayed.
I think there is a chance he's been comfortable developing, getting healthy, and waiting for his time. Kyle being gone and then also Grant potentially this season could mean he's needed more this upcoming season. We still don't know if Walker or Burns will be getting more minutes or not.
walker has a big opportunity in front of him now. hope he takes advantage of it.Well Burns redshirted and knew he was redshirting going into the season so that's why he didn't play.
