They need to just dump and chase more early in the PP. I know the Euros hate it cause it seems like giving up but Nashville looks bigger and stronger and I don’t think they’d have any trouble digging it out of the corners and getting set up.

The only logical reason for that is some kind of locker room discord. I don't know if it is among particular players, or particular players against Lavi, or what, but it's the only explanation that makes sense.

How do you not come out with consistent effort in a playoff game, especially the first game of the playoffs in front of that crowd?

Admittedly I don't watch a lot of Predators hockey, but I sure didn't see anything last night that I'd call a lack of effort. If Laviolette is already trying to throw his players under the bus while his PP looks uncoached then he needs to GTFO
