Something is wrong with our culture as a University. We typically hire coaches that suck and have to be fired.

But, for those that aren’t fired, they can’t seem to get out fast enough. I don’t know if it the administration, the boosters, or both, but it is a problem.

Hell, even Dooley and Butch were trying to get out early.

Yep. I have gotten tired of hearing about Pearl, and I don’t think we would ever hire him back. But that would be a good reason- he likes being here and knows what it is like being the UT coach.

Guys - simple fact - whether you like it or not - we are an SEC school. Every school in this conference (KY doesn’t count) would give a lung - including Auburn right now- to trade that lung and their BB program for a final four in football. That’s just how we roll.

Broke the Chaney hire and definitely has several very reliable sources. The fact is the LA times is reporting Barnes isn’t happy, Basillio is just agreeing. So, get over it.
