There may not have been collusion. Also there may have been collusion but not enough evidence to assure a conviction. There may have been obstruction which the House could take up if they desire but the Prez can't be indicted evidently . We should be allowed to see the full report.

I do believe Trump's problems with the law are not over and will continue after he leaves office. Similar to what Manafort is facing in Manhattan.

That's as true as saying since there were no indictments in the e-mail scandal then there were no e-mail misdeeds.
If there were no indictments in Benghazi then there was no wrongdoing.
If there were no indictments in Uranium 1, there was no wrong doing.
If there were no indictments in Fast and Furious, there was no wrong doing.

And I’m fine with that. They just need to follow the procedures in place and then follow the proper procedures to change things as needed. It’s funny that I’m typing this as I’m very much an ask forgiveness rather than permission guy but through experience I’ve learned the need for proper structure, policies, and procedures. You have to be open to change too though. I digress. I know we are in agreement on this part.

How can there be obstruction if no charges of obstruction are brought forward?

3 portions can't be released.
1. Anyone who was the subject of the investigation who was not indicted by a grand jury.
2. Special witnesses.
3. Anything to do with classified info.

Since this was purely a political hit I'm thinking #3 won't be an issue.

Trump can declassify anything. He's shown no respect for confidentially and classification when it suited him. He should continue the practice even when it does not.

That's primarily due to the fact that orange man is a horribly despicable human who is a global embarrassment and makes the world a darker place. Other than that, he sux.
But on the bright side, there was a negligible decrease in my taxes, the deficit is bigger and growing faster than at any point in history, and life expecting is declining. MAGA

Since you evidently can't indict a prez it would be up to the House to decide whether or not to impeach. Evidently no more indictments are coming from Mueller.
