Yeah, that's exhausting. Hard to think clearly and keep your spirits up when your head is down in the bowl.

@Orangeredblooded, I'm hoping you're on the phone to a loved one or to a helpline.

I'll be up a little bit longer. Thinking about you and the battles ahead of you; praying for you - stay strong! --but not so strong that you don't reach out for help when you need it. We're all human, even military and former military. Don't ever be afraid or ashamed of asking for help and leaning on someone when you need to.
