1. Tough case to win.
2. Twitter is the mos eisley spaceport of discourse. Needs to be cleaned up.
3. Government intervention (Courts) is not the way to clean it up.
4. If they have to police mean tweets, shouldn’t they just remove Trump altogether?

Lol. Lawyers deserve a lot of **** for a lot of things. Getting paid to try to make chicken salad out of chicken ****, if that’s what the client wants, isn’t one of them.

This lawyer is apparently a sleezeball who has had a few public reprimands which tends to tell you the value of the case. With all the campaign donations that Nunes has undoubtedly laundered to himself, he could have gotte anybody. My guess is he had to keep shopping to find somebody who would take it.

One of th things lawyers do deserve **** for is not policing the profession thoroughly enough. Yet Nunes hired a lawyer who has managed to be suspended not once but twice.
