All you guys saying the kid was in the right, I wonder if it was a white supremacists hitting the guy in the head and the politician was saying something you agree with would you feel the same way. Violence only breeds violence. And, it usually escalates.
So you think it's ok to accost people in public for differing opinions? There's a time and place for political discourse. If you think it's ok to harass people you disagree with in public, you're part of the problem.It's called #Accountability. Politicians are in the public forum, by their choosing. No one stands up against them, media and their talking heads and three second sound bites don't cut it. Politicians should be held accountable, and as such should fear repercussion. They should fear being tarred, feathered, and escorted out of town riding backwards on a jackass - after they've had lettuce, tomatoes, eggs, old coffee grounds, and stale bread lobbed at them.
