I really wanted to win and the way we played in the second half concerns me. There's still plenty of time to make this our best season ever.

Admiral, Kyle, and Turner hurt us in this one. Admiral wasn't dialed in defensively (foul trouble hurt the effort), Kyle just wasn't doing anything, and Turner just making poor decisions on both sides of the court.

Oh well good to see Bowden and Grant playing hard.

Turner played great the first five minutes. It was the remaining 35 that was the problem. I like his confidence but he needs to shoot in the offensive flow and not so soon in the shot clock. He also needs to give it up on the break. We are going to need him.

I definitely think we need to take what the media says to us about the practices with a grain of salt. This for multiple reasons, as many of the guys they have talked about like stars have never done anything.

But just today, Simonton from VQ says that Wanya worked at LT again today. While Brown from 247 says that Wanya worked exclusively at RT. Are these guys watching the same practice?

Personally I don’t think he’s as good of shooter as everyone claimed.he should never have the “green” light.

49th? Only if using a poor stat like total yards/game. But we were near the bottom of cfb in tempo, so total yards are really skewed for us, both off and def. In fact, we defended the 11th least plays in the entire nation... And it wasn't because of elite 3rd down D (68th).

YPP we were 67th.
S&P+ 72nd
RZ TD% 90th

As for this year, it's hard to say, but the DL is likely to put a fairly low ceiling on us. Just so tough to excel with so little depth.

meh he's streaky. But he shot 3s at 40% last year. Not sure he ever fully got over his injury this year and it's a shame. But if he gets hot in the tourney, he makes up for a lot.

Looks like we are the 3 seed in sec tourn and play late Friday game against miss st-Texas am/Vandy winner. Not a bad draw. Looks like ky will get Arkansas/Bama—fla/ole miss winner. Auburn and SC will play in quarterfinals. LSU will get one of Arkansas fla Bama or ole miss in their quarterfinal game.
