I have to agree with you. They were so scared of the 3, it was a cakewalk for Waters to get to the rim. They did not really challenge him at all. I think that is another example of terrible coaching by Mike White.

Yep. Waters got a 1 on 1 while Florida's players were guarding big men beyond the 3 point line. That play hurt to watch. They were literally playing not to lose. I'd take a Naz Reid open 3 for the win before I let waters get an easy lay up for the tie.
