You'd be surprised how often that happens

The person picking the order is supposed to scan every item

The person packing the order is supposed to verify that everything is correct

We hide Rocky's pills in his food and add what are called toppers onto his food

Well there are 12 to a case

We normally order them online since they are cheaper, but if I forget to order, I go to petsmart

They price match so it works out

It was delivered around 10:15

But anyways, PetSmart will open up the case so that you buy them individually

I normally buy a closed up case since it's just easier

The barcode on the case is the same exact barcode on the individual pouch

So when the worker scans in the case, I always have to tell them there are 12 of them

Because they think the price of the case is correct when they scan it

So I could be dishonest and leave with a case for the price of the pouch

But I tell them each time

at night ?

Yep. I checked one last time before I went upstairs for bed and then checked the tracking which had changed to unknown delivery date. I checked the tracking this morning and it shows that time. That's late!

This reminds me of a story, and a confession

Right after high school while I was going to the community college for a few classes I worked at a furniture factory in Tennessee

We wrapped these certain recliners in plastic, and put a paper inside that gave instructions to care for them

I was a punk, I mean a literal heathen before I got in church

So I opened the papers and wrote "f you" on a bunch of them
