Hated the grundge movement in 90s. I’m going to get a lot hate on this, no like for Nirvana, who I think started it.

I like some of the 80's hair metal too, but I still prefer the music from the 70s and even the late 60's. Guess I am showing my age! And for the record, Rap should be renamed Crap, cuz that's all it is!!

Speaking of covers, MJ’s Smooth Criminal came on the radio today. After having listened to the Alien Ant Farm version for so long, MJ’s original felt...lacking...and I felt like a piece of my childhood died.

The original sounded so much better and so much cooler when I was a kid.

So there's a correlation between performance during the season and performance in the tournament. Shocking.

Hard rock wise, GNR, Poison, Motley Crue and Skid Row - maybe Tesla were awesome. Much better than Metal.

Wholistically, i've enjoyed the Dead and Jimi Hendrix as go to's for years.

As far as top to bottom - when i think of Rock and Roll bands, i mean kick ass Rock and Roll bands - my first thought are the 's.

Oh! Poison, Motley Crue, and Guns and Roses are truly the greatest of the greats. Skid Row had some tunes as well. Love me some Tesla as well, no joke...i enjoy their music.

From that genre, I really like Dokken, RATT and W.A.S.P. along with the Crue as mentioned.
