Not sure what method was used but every method except autopsy has an acceptable error variant of at least 4 % , including DEXA

Yeah... so much variation in those. It can vary even based on moisture on your skin.

Based on the photos I’ve seen of him, I’d put him around 7%. Due to the crazy genetic freak he is, the muscles give a leaner appearance than you would expect from a smaller individual. I mean, his abs literally look like LEGO blocks under there.

Here is a pic of Alberto Nunez, who is freaky in his ability to get lean at probably 4%

I’m not big on metcalf. It scares me that he’s that kind of physical freak and honestly not all that great. Most players upgrade their bodies in the NFL. He’s maxed out.
