If you’re new, then I won’t tell you about Bulgarian split squats, but if you want to experience new things in life, add those in
Arnold used to do walking lunges across a football field with 100 lbs dumbbells, and puke every time. So at my strongest I used to do 50 lbs db's across the gym and back. Could barely take the db's back to rack after that. You will get alot of "looks" doing that.

I think the fact that really good teams have trouble beating us at home...despite the fact we are in the midst of a three ball slump, and having sickness and nagging injuries to multiple key players says a lot about how good this team really is.

When you are a beating and even losing closely to really good teams at their home despite not playing anywhere close to your well established best...you are an elite team.

@HankHill is full of crap, at our regular best this is a top 5 team.

For awhile I did Bulgarian split squats with 70-90 pound dumbbells in each hand... can’t recall.

Stopped because setting up took an act of insane effort and grip strength would fry.

Switched to Bulgarian split squats in a smith machine with power bands. If you hate life, give that a try

I just did free weights. Work the stabilizer muscles too. Dont get that with machines. That's Jmo. I used to train folks as a fitness instructor and did essays in high school on bodybuilding and nutrition. Just so you know that I am legit. Of course I would do the circuit on machines with the ladies tho so they would not think I am trying to hurt them. They seem me and what I used to do. The gym I worked at actually made me quit lifting will I was working because I scared some old ladies. Doing 425 deadlifts. I dont go any more after I crushed my hand. Been a year and a half and I just cant get motivated anymore. I could still grip the bar, but it would take an adjustment period I am sure. Now that I am 42 the machines is probably what I would have to rely on now tho.

Alexander has gotten worse and he is so soft inside he gets his shjt blocked all the time and is 7 ft. Fulkerson is a foul/turnover waiting to happen. He can not shoot the ball into the Tennessee river from a boat and runs around like the Tasmanian devil with no clue st all. Height is a problem if not making shots.
They both have talent. Kyle just needs to get back to how he was playing earlier this season.

Just saw a band in Asheville, "Blood Orange". Pretty sure it's a poor man's Prince, but I choose to believe he's a VFL due to his name.

Thought the boys played well enough to win the last 2 games. Thought the refs did a good job of staying out of the way tonight - for the most part. Bold move by Schofield taking that charge late. Right call was made though.
