Well, I’m not going to claim any sense, so am I free to squat?

Had my eye on a 405 squat goal in 2018 but the back kept acting up around 365. That goal is currently on hold, and may need to be retired permanently
I was a powerlifter for about 10 years. I think listening to your injury history and knowing mine you are answering your own question.

same. i can barely walk up stairs without pain. my squat at thirty? somewhere between 350-85, max...with a tail wind. now? 135. obviously im rehabbing, and wouldnt squat more than 225 for repetition at my age if i had my knee cleaned up. but i refuse. i can always run if needed.

but, i would encourage anyone to research added weight for males after 40. muscle is same as fat on our joints, and bodies.

That WR offer number is not accurate. Just some guy counting all offers but that could be counting previous staff offer along with Helton offers. Chaney and Martin have offered several but 71? Cmon now

How much weight do out of conference wins have when it comes to the SEC Tournament and CWS? I'm clueless on college baseball.

No weight for SECT. Definitely some weight for NCAAT. But we still need to make it to Hoover to have a chance for the NCAAT.

Sam Gilbert made John Wooten what he was. Without Sam's involvement in buying the UCLA stars, Wooten would be just an ordinary coach. Everyone knew Sam ran that program and everyone just looked the other way. Blueblood programs are above the law.
Wooden was a great coach. I do agree his program got away with murder building their rosters.
