Finally someone admits "they" (The Tennessee fans that want Fulmer gone) are fairweather and ONLY care about winning.

(Note: Do not take the above statement to mean I am saying everyone that wants a change is fairweather or that you dickens, is fairweather, but the fact that you said what you said in that manner PROVES most of these people are more concerned with backing a winner no matter what, at all costs. I'm sorry, I love to see the Vols win, but NOT at ALL Costs.)

I personally think the scientology belief is way out there........ However, I don't think anyone would care what he believes in as long as he believes in, and is winning games.

Wanting to win doesnt make anyone fairweather. Its just honest. At every school people become picky of the coaches when they start losing. Win and they are a deity lose and all people talk about is how you need a diet.

Yeah, I don't know of too many programs that tell their Head Coach that he can lose or win games, and as long as he is having fun, everyone will be happy.

College Coaches are not paid to ONLY win.

It's something they must do to survive, but if they do it by cheating, ending up on probation, they get fired (See Terry Bowden). If they embarrass the University, they get fired (See Mike Price). If they lose control of their program, and only bring in rapists murderers and drug dealers, they would get fired.

That's the problem with you people. You don't understand that it's not all about being able to say your team is a winner and proudly wear your 40.00 sweatshirt and 25.00 hat. It's about being a good man, competing at a level consistant with other comprable programs, and being a steward for the University that the President and the Community can be proud of.

Tennessee doesn't win so YOU ALL can look good and be happy.

"Fans" are being selfish and I'm sick and tired of it.

fulmer doesnt make this university look any better than it would otherwise. Some of his players turned out to be horrible men. And he's not winning. 0fer2

Actually, I can and will blame them.

It's over the top and undeserved.

Tennessee has been to the SEC Championship more times than any program other than Florida and they were there more because of Spurrier.

Have they won it enough for my liking, NO. But I'm not stupid enough to want to run someone off that bleeds and sweats Tennessee and IS working and making the changes that are necessary to get Tennessee over that hump because it's not happening fast enough, for someone that doesn't even understand what Tennessee values are and doesn't believe in God. I don't want someone like that molding and shaping "OUR" boys.

If the NegaVols can be passionate about wanting Fulmer gone, I surely have a right to defend against that, and voice my opinion on it. I'm being very detailed in my descriptions not to give someone the thought I am attacking them personally, but as a group, I think the people that want to run Phil off are misguided and just simply WRONG.


All I'm gonna say about it.
