I don't remember him, but I remember reading about him when I was a kid. They said if the game was close and the Celtics were ahead, they got the ball to him and it was over. You could not take it away from him and if you fouled him, it was automatic.

There will be different types of bitchers on Wednesday. Some will be people who have not been paying attention and have no idea we are likely to only sign one more. Some will be people who have not checked in for a few days and will see we missed on Pickens and To'oto'o and finally, we will have the agenda-driven numbnuts who live for these moments and never post unless something bad or disappointing happens. All three categories deserve a big.....fat......

IMO Rodgers is the most talented QB to ever play the game, but when has he ever had an OC draw up plays that result in the wide open receivers Brady gets all the time?

It's a shame he doesn't have the playcalling to back up his talent. Put him in the Pats system and he's got the same number of rings, maybe more.

It’s the playoffs, you’re playing against elite teams obviously your stats will drop some.

Notice how you only mentioned how many POINTS the defense allows just two times. Which is the only time they allowed more than 24, except for 07 but that’s because Manning threw two key interceptions.

05? Allows 21 points. 08? Allows 17. 09? Allowed 24, and on top of that manning threw a key pick six.

Also completely forgot about 2010, allowing 17... Yet only scored 16.

Clearly this argument you’ve been using for 20 years isn’t correct: Manning's entire time in Indy, he NEVER had that luxury. He took the field everytime, knowing he HAD TO score. Just imagine, all throughout his prime, what he could've done with a defense that was just half as good as those Broncos defenses.

Of all the silly sports debates, who the greatest QB of all time is has got to rank up there with the silliest. I realize fans love debates and expressing their opinion on them. But seriously, there's no logical, fair way to compare QBs even on different teams, but especially from different eras. It's useless. It's more silly even than comparing bb pitchers from different eras.

The only two definitive things you can say about it are: TB deserves to be in the conversation on the silly debate and he has more SB rings than any other QB In history.

Oh, and you can find stats to prove pretty much anything.

Charger, some of us that go back and forth from FF and RF, probably need to remind the ones that are over here from the FF, Wednesday, that when someone is visiting as a guest to someone’s home, best to be respectful and not try talking over the host, and wipe your feet, lol.
