TrumPutinGate

what makes you think he hasn't done anything about it?

Is it his temperament to quietly work behind the scenes and not tell the whole world what he's doing?

This is something one of his tweets could actually be useful--telling Russia to back off. But of course he won't do that because he won't even acknowledge there's a problem.

What problem is there? Also, what president tells the whole world what they are doing about everything?

I thought this was funny:

Senator John Kennedy (R- LA), while speaking to reporters in the basement of a Senate office building, referred to Roger Stone as "a total Beavis". Sen. Kennedy also said of Stone "I've watched the man. He talked himself into an indictment. He walked his way into an indictment." He further added that "I've never seen anything like" what has transpired with Stone and "When his IQ gets to 75, he ought to sell."

That’s is funny

Roger Stone is known for hyperbole, but his latest graphic warning should worry Donald Trump.
The political trickster said Tuesday, a day he pleaded not guilty to seven charges laid by special counsel Robert Mueller, that Trump's presidency is in mortal peril because the Russia investigation amounts to a "speeding bullet heading for his head."

Wait. I thought you guys were against poor, innocent people getting shot by evil guns and their owners.

He tells the whole world about some stupid caravan of pedestrians a thousand miles away from the U.S., but he won't say a word about a threat his own intelligence officials are warning about.

Why is that?

Where does Trump get his intelligence from? Clearly he's not listening to the American intelligence agencies.

There was a point in there.
That Trump is innocent and that the investigation is a potentially dangerous tool when in the hands of a murderer?

It's more like Trump is a suicide bomber and Mueller is the sniper about to save society from further destruction.

The point was that you are operating on your own assumptions and that Stone's accusation doesn't say anything about Trump's guilt--merely that Trump is a target.

Everything else is just you broadcasting the fact that you think you know more than you know and rejoicing in the fact that your president is under attack. Congratulations.

I think the key to whole story is that Stone seems to be saying that the bullet will hit its target.

That is precisely the key. Anyone that values our republic should be REALLY uncomfortable when they're told that our sitting presidency is under attack. Like him or hate him, that should make people REALLY uncomfortable, much less them rejoicing over the matter.

I detested Obama. But if someone had told me that there was a speeding bullet aimed at his presidency in order to undermine the will of the electorate, I'd have said, "You'd better bring me some damn good evidence or I say you're a danger to the republic."

Especially if I'd seen released text messages from the "gun" owners that shot the bullet that hated Obama and claimed to have insurance policies against his presidency.

But then, I'm not a Machiavellian relative moralist that promotes the idea that the end justifies the means...

And Trump being under attack holds no water. He declared war when he entered the race. "Lock her up", "build that wall", "fake news", and "the media is the enemy of the people" are all nothing more than war cries to his base. He knew that.....We knew that.

Translation: My morals are relative and the end justifies the means.

The bullet isn't aimed at his presidency in order to undermine the will of the electorate. The bullet is aimed at his presidency because he is a dishonest and despicable person that broke the laws. If that's not the case, it will not be a bullet....it will be a BB, or a paint ball......we'll see soon.

You're espousing things above your paygrade again. When the investigators on Mueller's investigation leave a string of record that they hate Trump and have a insurance policy against his presidency, it should make every American nervous, whether they like trump or not.

This isn't about my guy or your guy. It's about the safety of the republic. It's a REALLY bad look. A bullet can be either just or not and your rejoicing over this says a lot about you.

What makes me nervous is living in a country where a Trump can be elected president. What allows me to not be as nervous is the fact that people did not sit idly by.
