Things either change like the wind or no one truly knows anything about anything. Plus 18 year olds are so fickle.

As such all the “information” is virtually useless. Two days ago HT was ours. Today all hope is lost and the staff won’t even visit him. Uh, okay.

Only real value they provide is post visit interviews but like someone said the other day in another thread, they all read the same.
