What am I missing? That sounds like opposition research. Much like Hillary's campaign [aid for the fake dossier against Trump. Oh... That would be a good question. Did Trump use opposition research as the basis for a FISA warrant to spy on his political enemies? No. That would have been Obama's justice department.

You actually have to take the time to read the indictment (carlos86 posted) to see where there is collusion being alleged by the Mueller team, between the Trump campaign and Russia (via WikiLeaks).

A cover up doesn't to be the cover up of a crime... it can be the cover up of something damaging to your reputation. Collusion is not a crime but Trump has spent the last 2 years denying it happened because he knows it would be damaging to his reputation if it did.

Wikileaks ain't Russia any more than Hillary's dossier was collusion since she paid an intermediary spy organization to (make up) get dirt on Trump from Russians.

Where did WikiLeaks get the stolen documents? From Russia (per the US intelligence community). Collusion with WikiLeaks = Collusion with Russia.

The U.S. Government declared Wikileaks a Non State Intelligence organization. That far different from a contractor.

And did Trump's campaign actually get/use/release info from Wikileaks? We're not even sure the communicated with them. And do we know Wikileaks got the info from Russia? They've denied that and all we've gotten has been accusations. Seth Rich much? And even if Wikileaks got info from Russia, do we know that Trump's campaign knew the source of the info?


And again... So what? By your definition, Hillary's campaign "colluded" with Russia.
