Acuna and donelson could switch at 3 and 5 and marky doesn’t start against tough lefties and Duvall has to make a difference. You could go Dansby in flowers spot and McCann 8th. Will come down to good starting pitching. Still need a close out closer. The O will score runs. What speed with inciarte oz and acuna

Ender struggled at times last year early and he moved him down. Back up later and did great. Three years prior hit .303 .291 and .304. Worse hitter on the team and is a lifetime 289 hitter. Maybe that’s why our O was so good.

You and I can talk Reds. New manager/coaching staff including David Bell managing and Derek Johnson as pitching coach. Three new SPs in Wood, Roark and Gray. Gray reconnects with Johnson who helped develop him at Vandy. Puig and Kent added with Hamilton ejected and everybody else back. Got to be better just having the SP's plus Puig in RF. Looks like former Vol Senzel will be up no later than early May if they want to use the arb clock and straight out of camp if not. He's training for CF as well as LF in addition to already being ready for 3B and 2B. So we have our future Zobrist, Jr. All that tells me they are not done making deals with the corner OF glut and may still nail down a veteran in CF. Schebler can play it adequately if they don't move him.

Had a tough day today emotionally. Visited my dad. Looks so bad and declining quickly. I want spell this right but some of our medical people in here can help me but Hydral he has to have just really makes him out of it. Its clear and given by syringe but no needle. I hope I got the right name. Its use for dementia patience.

Bobby Cox would have found a way to win only one WS with the best starting rotation probably ever assembled in the modern era. It’s a shame that he is now a pillar of greatness. I used to be a huge Braves fan but when they decided that they no longer cared about winning I stopped watching. It doesn’t matter how good Acuna is they won’t put the players around him that are necessary to win and when his rookie contract is up they will let him walk. Unless the next Tom Seaver and Sandy Koufax are in Triple A, the Braves will continue to be a good enough to win a Wild Card game but nothing else.

Man, I'm so sorry you are going through this. I appreciate you sharing though as I know our time is coming. Keep the faith and know that many are praying for you and your family.

Same here. Not expecting the playoffs, just much better baseball. Some of the new guys are one year and outs, but they are a good transition to the young guns still in development.
