Jadon Haselwood Calls Georgia Staff "Fake"

Jadon Haselwood was a former Georgia recruit. We were in the running to land him, but he ultimately choose Oklahoma. However, the biggest insight is that he said he de committed from Georgia because the staff seemed "fake." He called them "used car salesmen."

Shades of Butch Jones down in Athens.

The fact that we swiped Chaney from them says a lot, as well. Very rare for an OC at a top-tier program to make a lateral move. Sure, we offered Chaney a lot of money, but so did Georgia, and it seems like he was looking for a reason out.

I’m sure a player has never sold anything to a coach or a staff.........and then signed somewhere else. That never happens.

That's very true...before they commit.

Once they do commit though, they are locked in and it becomes very inconvenient to leave. If a coach wants to leave, it can be very convenient.
